Job description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty salons. By listening carefully to their needs and challenges, you can offer solutions regarding products (consumption and devices), training and services related to skin improvement.
- Actively approach potential customers and expand our customer base. Through visits to prospects and tailored advice, you know how to present products and solutions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of products and installations within the beauty industry. This will enable you to provide salons with expert advice on their correct use and benefits. Advise salons regarding:
- Use products we sell: micro-infusion products, serums, gels, masks, Hifu 4D and 5D devices with associated consumables, idem regarding Micro-stamp, etc.
- Following training courses that one can take with us to then offer in their salon. - Provide support to customers in cooperation with head office in case of questions, problems or technical challenges. In doing so, you ensure a quick and efficient solution, with customer satisfaction always at the forefront.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development. In doing so, you share important feedback from customers to continuously strive for improvement and innovation.
Profile:
- Relevant background or experience in the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on skin care.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and independent working attitude.
- Passion for aesthetics and innovation

Earning pattern: on an independent basis and 100% on commission
