Orders can only be placed if an account is created on the Website. To create this account and provide the functionalities, we process certain personal data, including e-mail address and password. This allows the account to be used and ensures that it can be logged in securely. You can view all the data you have submitted to us online in one place under “My Account†on the Website. This data is personal and we recommend that you treat it confidentially.

Cookies uses cookies (and similar technologies) to make visiting and shopping with us easier and more personal for you. These cookies allow us and third parties to collect information about you and track your internet behaviour within and possibly outside our website. We and third parties use this information to tailor advertisements to your interests and profile. In addition, these cookies allow you to share information via social media. Age limit

If you place an order with us, you must first create an account with an e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and password, with which you can easily log in from now on. When confirming your order, you have to indicate that you agree with our terms and conditions and confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Prices and promotions

For actions listed on the site, the rule is: gone=out. We reserve the right to make interim changes to the terms and conditions of promotions and to end promotions prematurely.

Delivery of your order  

If you place an order on the site, we will arrange delivery of the items to 1 desired address in Europe. We always try to deliver on the indicated delivery day. Unfortunately, everything has to go from A to B and we can never 100% determine the delivery day of your package in advance. It is therefore always possible that an order has a longer delivery time than initially indicated on the webshop. 

In principle, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been confirmed by us (receipt of order confirmation via e-mail). Depending on the day and time of day, it may still be possible to cancel by contacting Customer Service +32 475 98 24 86 (weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Payment of your order              

The online order can only be paid via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card or Apple Pay.


If, within 14 days of receiving the order, on second thoughts you do not want the complete order, you may return it to us. Only complete unopened orders may be returned. To do so, please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail or by telephone on +32 475 98 24 86. We only take back complete and unopened orders that have been returned within the stipulated period. Customers are legally entitled to report a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this notification, the customer has ANOTHER 14 days to actually return the product.

Returns will only be accepted if the original packaging and contents including the product label are undamaged. You will then have to bear the cost of outward and return postage (2x 6.95).

  • In case of broken or incorrectly delivered items, we will exchange the package or credit the amount of the respective item including shipping costs. We will only do this if the breakage is reported with a photo no later than the next working day following the day of delivery by e-mail
  • Return Address: Skinzglow, Geemloma BV - Op de Koel 7 - 3665 As - Belgium.  Print out a copy of the order and put it in the return box! 


Although the Website was created with the greatest care, it may happen that characteristics of products (price, appearance, labels, allergen information, product information, supplier information, volume) are not correctly displayed or depicted. In that case, the characteristics of the contents shown on the packaging of the product itself apply and no claim can be made for delivery based on incorrectly displayed information. In addition, changes in price and/or range and printing errors on the website are reserved.

Deliveries companies Netherlands and all EU Member States 

For Dutch companies and EU companies wishing to buy from us, our Belgian prices apply. Of course, every purchase invoice can be completed with your VAT number. VAT free or intra-community delivery is only possible for companies.
